Sergeant Major Lyons II: Are you serious, Johnny? Is that true or are you telling me a lie? But I’m not sure what in God’s name I saw. Fellas, you may or may not believe this, but I’ve encountered a ghost train. Sergeant Major Lyons II (Concerned): Hey, Johnny are you alright there, lad? Union Sergeant Major Johnathon Baum Lyons II saw Johnny Baum is not his usual self. The 1st Pennsylvania Militia of Volunteer took the passenger couches and rest up before the next day. That evening, The Boys went back with Thomas and rest at Ffarquhar Sheds. Thomas was impressed to see General Lyons’s Soldiers help out with the repair. The next day, things run as usual The Boys from Pennsylvania went along with Thomas to the viaduct to help out with the repairs. But Johnny will find out about this engine and he will have his answer sooner than he thinks. He looked around the couch to see anything else could pop out in front of him, but no engine was out there & his comrade were there and they were asleep. The questions began to dwell on his mind, who was this mysterious silver engine that he encountered and where did he come from. Johnny couldn’t sleep at all that night, he thought about his encounter with a ghost train. Johnny Baum: I don’t know sergeant, It was just happening so fast I can’t believe it, but I’ll tell you in the later about my encounter, I promise.ġ812: Well, okay I believe you Johnny, you go on in and get some sleep I’ll guard the supplies for you. I don’t know what the hell I saw out here.įirst Sergeant Johnuto Lyonsaki: What happened while you were out here? Johnny Baum (shaking): You can say that again. Johnathon (1812) Baum: What the Devil was that?!?įirst Sergeant Johnuto Lyonsaki: Johnny, are you alright, bud? You look like you saw a ghost. Johnny Baum: What the hell was that? Was that an engine or a dark spirit from a ghost story come to life?Īs Johnny gathered his thoughts, The Lights came back on and the mist cleared. Timothy was still coming at Johnny Johnny pointed his bayonet at him and shut his eyes, expecting a crash….but silence fell, cautiously he opened his eyes and looked around, NO one was there Timothy had vanished. But… The bullet didn’t hit him, it went through him. Johnny gasped in horror, He fired his weapon at Timothy. Timothy (Demon): WELCOME TO YOUR GRAVESTONE! As he was about to walked forward into the mist, he saw an engine come charging out of the fog and coming straight for Johnny. Johnny was going more confused he got on the track and aimed his rifled in to the darkness. Timothy: I like children……….I like children. (He picked up his rifle and full cocked his musket.) Johnny was confused he looked into the darkness put his rifle in a ready position & answered back. Followed by a voice echoing in the darkness. Then suddenly, he heard a whistle that is not familiar to him. Johnny Baum: Boy, this has never happened before. As Johnny was thinking about his comrades, the mist rolled in and the lights at the platform dimed and went out. He thought about his comrades he lost from The Mexican American War. ![]() He put his rifled down at an order arms position and walked a couple feet from supplies. Later that evening, Johnny Baum, age 21 & a veteran from The Mexican American War and armed with a 1842 Springfield rifled musket, was guarding supplies for the workmen to make repairs on the viaduct (he’s is at support arms with bayonet fixed). But… Sooner or later, they will have to tell General Lyons of Timothy’s untold story. ![]() They haven’t told their soldier’s about Timothy and his demise. But the story of Timothy began played on their officer’s minds. The next morning, The 1st Pennsylvania Militia of Volunteers traveled to Sodor to help out with repairs on Thomas’s Branchline including the viaduct.
