This problem is made apparent, as unlike other achievements, the game will not auto-save once you kill a humanoid Dwarf Gekko. While not entirely missable, this achievement is finicky, with some people having to destroy all 5 in one pass and others being able to quit the game and pick it up later and still earn the achievement. Some are more easily found than others, but all can be easily missed. (Glitched) This achievement requires you to find and destroy all 5 humanoid Dwarf Gekkos that are hidden in the game.
